The premiere of our “Smart CX Public” customer forum took place in Cologne! What can we say? The concept was a complete success: Under the motto “Experience innovations – share experiences” we had a wonderful day of mutual exchange with engaged, good-humored guests and speakers! We are still overwhelmed by so much positive spirit and will definitely continue the format.
